Physicals & Immunizations

Mobile Care provides free physicals and immunizations through our pediatric general medicine program. This program provides support to those who need to fulfill back-to-school health requirements but have difficulty fulfilling those requirements with their PCP due to numerous circumstances. Immunizations and Physicals are available for ages 0-18.
