This year, we experienced a tremendous loss. Even in the face of deep sadness, our team remained committed to serving the communities who need us most. As we round out this fiscal year, we want to celebrate our wins, including making great progress towards expanding our programs. Last year, we received a $125,000 award through White Sox Charities, to be used towards the purchase of an additional Dental Van to serve more kids in the Chicagoland area.
We’re proud to share that this new Dental Van is nearly complete and will officially hit the road in late May, bringing oral health care directly to kids who need it most. It means fewer missed school days, fewer emergency room visits, and more children getting the preventive care they need to stay healthy and participate in their favorite activities.
While this generous award made meaningful progress possible, it represents just a fraction of what’s needed to fully build out and sustain this new clinic. Thanks to your support, we’ve continued forward through challenging times—now join us to celebrate this momentum and drive our expansion ahead at Cheers for Children’s Health on June 11th.
