Since 2014, our full-time, on-staff dentists and dental assistants provide exams, cleanings, sealants, X-rays, restorative care, and oral health education during the school day, creating a true dental home by returning to the same schools and patients multiple times each year.
The impact is clear:
- Before care: 40% of patients relied on the ER for dental emergencies. After one year of treatment: just 4% used the ER.
- 41% of families could not access a dentist before enrolling
- 5,500+ children served in 2025, many with repeat visits for continuity of care
By delivering free care in partnership with school sites, we eliminate the most common obstacles families face: cost, transportation, and caregivers needing to miss work.
